Owings Mills, MD, April 4, 2016 – Rosen, Sapperstein & Friedlander, LLC, a business consulting and accounting firm, today announced it has acquired SHR Associates, Inc., a prominent regional healthcare consulting firm based in Annapolis, Maryland.

SHR’s President and CEO Nancy Smit, has joined RS&F as a partner of the firm.  In this role, Smit, a seasoned medical practice management executive with over 30 years of experience supporting physicians, hospitals, community health centers, and other healthcare organizations, will oversee RS&F Healthcare Advisors (RSFHA).
